FAQS
The minimum sign up period is 6 months. This is so we have enough time to get to the root cause of the issues you're having and allow enough time for testing and to start seeing results.
Of course! After the initial 6 months, you can continue on a month-by-month basis. You just need to give 1 months' notice to end your programme.
Not at all. The beauty of the programme is it allows us to work on a number of things during your time with me. Often symptoms are linked in one way or another so by resolving one, others may improve as a result but if we find that throughout the programme something new comes up, we can then begin to look at that.
Whilst it is not compulsory for you to do any testing, it is highly recommended depending on what you are coming to see me for. Testing gives such an in-depth look at what is going on and will provide me with information that can be used to write your personalised Diet and Lifestyle Programme as well as your supplement programme.
Nope! You can stay with me for as long as needed, although the idea is that you’re able to go it alone once we have worked on the conditions and symptoms you came to see me for.
This will vary from person to person, depending on a number of factors including what the health concerns are, the commitment from you, if there are any setbacks such as illness etc. Nothing happens overnight, so you need to be prepared to put the work in and be consistent. However, as long as you follow the programme given to you, it shouldn’t take too long to start seeing
improvements.
Nothing is guaranteed. However, so much time goes into making sure your full health history is researched and your programme is 100% personalised to you. Therefore, the recommendations given to you are for you to get the best out of your time with me. So, whilst I can’t guarantee anything, I am confident you will see results.
Absolutely! I am qualified in ensuring that there are no recommendations that will interact with your medication (called a drug-nutrient interaction) or cause you any issues. We will regularly check your medications throughout the programme to make sure I am always up to date with changes. Also, if you are taking medication for something specific that you are also seeing me for (for example, blood pressure), I will work with your GP to make sure that your dose reflects and improvements made by your diet and lifestyle
