I met Frankie at a networking event a friend of mine was running, in association with her PT business. I really liked the way Frankie explained all things gut health. She broke down all of the technical words and made it simple to understand. As someone who has been on almost every diet out there and successfully lost 15kg before having my baby, I knew roughly what I needed to do to get back there but I had a lot of time without a little one in tow, to go to the gym and plan meals.

I signed up with Frankie in March and has a rough couple of weeks trying to get on track with calories and eating well, but Frankie was there to support me. She didn't make me count calories (like most other nutritionists do) and she actually helped me understand the nutritional value in the meals I had most often, so I could guesstimate the calories better each day.

Fast forward to August and I have lost 20kg, ran a half marathon and climbed Ben Nevis - things I didn't think I would ever be able to do. Not to mention that my pre-pregnancy clothes are all now too big so I'll have an excuse to go shopping soon!

Frankie has supported me through all of the training, early starts and when I'm about ready to give up! She also has a very good balance of knowing when I need to be told to get out of my own head and when I just need someone to tell me it's okay to take a rest.

I would highly recommend Frankie for anyone who wants to lose weight, improve their nutrition and/or just live a healthier lifestyle.
