About Me

I truly believe that food is more than just fuel. It has the ability to impact our physical and mental health in so many ways - both in a positive and a negative way. This is why I am so passionate about helping and educating people on how nutrition will help them feel the best they possibly can, without the need for taking away all of the things we enjoy.

I find the world of gut and hormone health absolutely fascinating, not only because they interlink with each other, but because they can be the cause of so many health issues people face on a day to day basis, if not managed properly.
